Aetna Student Health is offering 2025/2026 health insurance a plan for dependents of FSU students. The dependent plan is only available to those students who have also purchased the student insurance plan. The benefits mirror the student plan.
Students must now enroll their dependents directly with Aetna Student Health. Individuals interested in payment options for their dependent(s) will need to contact Aetna's Customer Support at https://www.aetnastudenthealth.com.

To Purchase Dependent Health Insurance Coverage:
