Starting with the Fall 2024 registration period, insurance holds will no longer be used to enforce the student health insurance requirements.

Students will have an open waiver/enrollment window beginning on June 3, 2024, to submit their waivers for this requirement. Students who fail to take action will be enrolled in the student health insurance plan administered by UnitedHealthcare Student Resources for the upcoming term.

Once charges have been posted to students' accounts for failed waivers or lack of action, they will have the opportunity to submit waivers for approval to remove the charge during the open enrollment/waiver period.
